Are there any extra shipping charges?

All orders include FREE standard shipping within India. You do not need to pay additional shipping charges.

Your Damera Products are shipped from our warehouse located in New Delhi.

 

How long does it take to get my product delivered?

Most of our orders are shipped within 2 business days of your purchase date. Once your order is shipped, we estimate you will receive your order within 7 business days of its ship date. We do not ship on Public Holidays. 

Shipping times may vary, but rest assured we work our hardest to get you your order as quickly as possible.

 Do you have Cash on Delivery? 

We currently do not have Cash on Delivery. We work with all other online payment portals. Cash on Delivery requires extra charges and we do not want you to pay extra. 
 

I need to change the Address/Phone Number. 

We encourage all customers to thoroughly review their shipping and billing information prior to checking out to ensure that any possible delays are avoided.

Do you offer discounts? 

Our products are priced at the best rate. However, if there are discounts we make sure to post it on the website for you to keep a track. 

 

1. Do I get what I see on the website? 
You get the same product as to what you see on the website. If you are confused about the sizing, slide into our DMs and place an order on our social app, we will be able to solve your query there. 

2. Will we restock our products? 
Our first launch has multiple designs with limited pieces, so we won't be restocking our existing products. We will come up with a new collection post this collection.
